Your vibration is simply your overall state of being, aka your energy. Your being is composed of different vibrations. Your thoughts, your emotions, your physical and mental frequencies vibrate at different levels and everything in the Universe is made up of these energies.
“Breathe,” We all say it…we all do it. But most of us breathe without a thought. We breathe automatically, yet unconsciously and naturally but not deliberately. Your body can exist without food and water for a period, but not without oxygen.
Have you ever had that feeling of emptiness? A feeling that your insides are like a bottomless pit? Many people hold on to the emptiness inside, simply because then don’t know how to fill that empty space. It starts when you abandon yourself; by holding judgment and not honoring your inner guidance.
Daydreaming is a fountain of thoughts streaming into a state of consciousness. Yes, even though your mind wanders; it’s a place where you can enter your own internal world. Daydreaming allows you to visualize and go to a place you want to be.
Do you have something to say but not quite sure how to say it? Are there times when you feel that you have much to say, and you say nothing at all? Why do you think that is? Are you worried what others may think about your opinion?
Your physical health is connected to your mental and emotional state of being. Good health starts with the mind and flows into the body. It’s about discipline, commitment and practice. Your mind, such a powerful tool, has tremendous flexibility and can be easily trained.
More isn’t always better. We all tend to have this false sense of security when we have lots of “stuff” or lots of material assets. Have you ever asked yourself…. “Who am I…. the person?” Who are you without all your tangible assets?
A written definition of emotional, mental, or verbal abuse is one person subjecting or exposing another person to behavior that causes or results in psychological trauma. It also causes a destructive sense of fear and guilt. Emotional, verbal, or mental abuse which are all the same can most certainly lead to physical abuse if left unchecked.
Are you aware that your desire to control others can be compromising your relationships? It can also keep you from living in the present, and enjoying your life because you become consumed with the outcome of other people’s circumstances. “Control” is a need.
