As humans we are part of an entire universe surrounded by beautiful nature, we so often don’t notice or connect to. There is intelligence in nature and we can miss life transforming to another form when our minds are tuned out. There are magic moments in flowers opening and caterpillars turning into butterflies. Sunsets are the greatest shows on earth. Nature can literally be heaven on earth. We can all open our minds and enjoy a sense of contentment by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and nature in its beauty.
You may be asking what this has to do with your everyday life. Well… it has a lot to do with your daily mindset. It’s a reflection of who you are. When you take the time to slow down, you see, you notice, and appreciate life around you. By becoming aware of nature and its beauty, you can connect with a sense of peace and serenity. It seduces you to make decisions that make you feel good within and there is an emotional connection with the outside world that takes place. The beauty of nature can quiet your mind and soothe your soul. There is a visual healing of the heart that takes place. It can bring a feeling of instant gratitude. Nature is a miracle of life that can open your heart. It’s a love story that feeds the earth.
Life is a force of energy, and you need to be responsible for the energy you bring in your everyday present living. It’s how you feel, and how you make others feel. When you take the time to stop and smell the roses, there is a sense that brings you back home, and perhaps reminds you of what’s important. You can look at nature and see with your clear eyes jaw dropping beauty. That alone can open your heart and allow you to move through it and be part of this natural element of life. Make time in your life observing nature, connect with it, and embrace it. It will fill your heart.
A wonderful quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson:
“Lose yourself in nature and find peace”

Wonderful Sher!
We so often get caught up in our day to day routines, we forget to make the time. What a world of difference just a few moments can make! Please continue to enjoy, and be more aware of your surroundings while you are taking your walks!

Jill, This is something I have been doing for a long time. When I express gratitude I always am energized. We shared a lot of sunrises together.
Thanks
Yes Sandy… and nature is a wonderful way to inspire us to feel gratitude. It brings us back to what’s real.. and what’s important in life.
You can still enjoy the beauty of a sunset, differently. Embrace those special moments you had.
Warmest Regards,
Jill
