Behavior Matters

Human behavior is far from universally predictable. It is individually based, and has so many variances. Where do behavioral patterns come from? Most of us, if not all people experience some degree of dysfunctional human behavior, specifically anxiety, depression and relationship dysfunction. Despite our lack of awareness, all of these conditions can and do dramatically affect the quality of our life as well as the life of others. Once you recognize that behavior does matter, you then take control. If you understand it, then you can work towards overcoming the issues at hand. Life as you know it can change.

But there are also positive behaviors such as random acts of kindness, giving positive feedback to others, or even giving a compliment to someone. These behavior patterns also have a very positive effect on others. You can make someone’s day; with just one small act of kindness is all it takes. No act is too small. Even a smile to a stranger just might make their day.

Try to be mindful and remember that your behavior and feelings can be picked up by others. Depending on your state of mind, there are many levels of perception by those you come in contact with. It is very important to recognize these patterns. It allows you to create positive energy and a positive outcome when interacting with people, on every level.

The more you know and understand your own behavior patterns; the more aware you become of your strengths and weaknesses. This will allow you to adapt to achieve those positive relationships.
